Hearing him talk dung
she doubts his integrity
and curses him for
emitting lava from mouth:
I regret stomach upset

Children play merrily
Like butterflies
In colors of
Orange, white and green.
Never they know
Who is poor, who’s rich
Who is the gardener’s son
And daughter of the owner.
The greenery age of joy
Muses them to play and
In the down stream of time
I wish the flag of tenderness
Smile all the way.
Time has swayed
The dunes far away from me.
I strive to space my desire for a brief pace
In the place where I lived in.
Under the dusty sandstorm
Time struggles
To sink me behind the twilight sun.
Footprints of strength are stored
As memories in the sheets of sand.
I surrender my breath with my broken crutch:
The mirage of my last living support.
